About me
Hi. I’m Kathy Chatt. I am excited to be stepping into the really big shoes of Melody Horne, founder of the Doggie Dome Swim Spa. This indoor, in ground pool, located in New Durham, NH, has been a magical place for many dogs and their people over the years. 2020 brings new ownership, but a consistent plan to make this pool a place of safety and health for your dog.
While working as a Veterinary Technician I learned to work with many different types of dogs. I spoke with owners trying to do the best they could for their dogs. When my own 10 month old Swiss Mountain Dog started having mobility issues I consulted with several veterinary professionals, eventually having surgery done for Lexi. During that time I found the benefits of swimming for my dog. I continued to bring Lexi to Doggie Dome Swim Spa for many years after her surgery, and eventually interned with Melody to learn about working with more dogs. In 2018 a family issue called me to Buffalo, NY where I was able to work at another warm water pool for dogs. Returning to NH, I purchased Doggie Dome Swim Spa in March 2020. 🐾❤️
